Inspection and Leak Detection System

Fully pressure rated camera system, acoustic sensor with cable seal arrangement and recording station for video capture and encoder text overlay.  

Suitable for use in pipe sizes from 8 inch and above. This system consists of a fused 65 mm high resolution colour camera head – with water safe lens; high intensity triangular COB lighting system; ultra-responsive hydrophone system with booster PCB; centralising skid and a robust coiler frame – with 275 metres of 12mm semi-rigid neutrally buoyant push rod cabling. This connects to a compact control box and keyboard controls and records directly on to portable memory hard drive.

The system comes complete with on-screen meterage overlay, text generator and will operate at 240v AC with integrated rechargeable batteries for use where no mains power is available.

The Flowrider Lite™ also has a trace feature port for locating the sensor within a pipeline.
